Registering

From the Home page, select the product that you are using, then select the area that you live in. Now enter your email address and click the register button.

In a minute, you should receive an email from admin@energymon.uk, asking you to confirm that you want to receive emails from us with the Agile pricing.

Once you have clicked on the confirm link, or copied it into the browser address bar, you will normally receive 3 emails each day with the latest Agile pricing.

When will I get emails with the Agile pricing?

The following are the approximate timings of the daily emails, depending on the time that information becomes available:
- Around 1am, we will send an email with the Agile pricing for the current day.
- Around 10am, we will send you an email with the PREDICTED pricing for the following day. This is a rough guide only, based on the wholesale rates I can find!
- Around 4pm, we will send you an email with the CONFIRMED Agile pricing for the following day.
- IF there are any changes to the Agile pricing, we will try and send you an update.

Because of the way that the system works, you will also get an update email everytime the system is rebooted, or updated.

Un-subscribing

There is an un-subscribe link at the bottom of each Agile rate update email, and also a link in the original register confirmation email which is used to un-subscribe from this service. If there are any problems, please email me at: admin@energymon.uk
